If you know your next meal is coming in 45 minutes time, you’re going to be that much more likely to stick it out if hunger is present since the wait really isn’t all that long.
Add 5 Grams Of Good Fat
Second, another quick way to solve the hunger problem is to have a small amount of fat with each meal you consume. Fat is the nutrient that will provide the highest level of satiety so by consuming it regularly, you’ll have no problem going between meals without feeling hungry.
Create Balance
Third, also make sure that your meals are balanced. If you consume snacks that are purely carbohydrate based, it’s normal to be hungry just an hour later. Instead, get a good mix of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
This is what will keep your hunger level down as well as ensure that you get the nutrients you need.
