CHESTERMERE – Kevin Papke is one busy guy. Not only has he set a goal for himself of climbing 50 mountains in his 50th year, which one would think would take almost every weekend for most of us, but he also has time to ride in the Country Fair parade with the M & M Meats van and host a Bar-B-Q the same afternoon. Kevin is climbing the mountains to raise money for the Bethany Care Foundation. The B-B-Q brought in $941.09 for the Summits for Seniors. We’re going to do an article very soon about Kevin’s progress but in the meantime, GOOD LUCK Kevin! Your cause is worthy and appreciated. If you missed the Bar-B-Q but would still like to donate to Kevins cause, visit www.summitsforseniors.ca
