Ag for Life partnered with Langdon community members to deliver rural and farm safety programming to 160 students in grades 4-6 at Langdon School. October 9th they hosted a half day event where these groups taught students how to keep themselves and those around them safe and healthy. Children learned about a wide variety of safety topics delivered by local volunteers, businesses and safety experts. Topics ranged from tractor, water, chemical and pipeline safety. In total there were eight stations in which the eager students worked their way through participating in activities and conversations to better help them appreciate agricultural safety.
