On Saturday August 8, 2015, the parking lot at West Creek Pub was filled with shiny cars, old and new. The love of cars, especially those classic cars of years past, can be a very deep one. Everyone has that memory of their first car, or a car they learned to drive in, or a loved one that owned that special automobile.
Typically this event is held at the Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre, but this year was changed to the parking lot at West Creek Pub, located at 100, 300 Merganser Drive in Chestermere.
Chestermere Lake Show ‘n’ Shine Inc. is a non-profit organization that raises funds through its annual Chestermere Car Show for various charities. This free to the public event, had classic and antique cars lined up while the awaiting crowd oooo’d and ahhh’d over the shiny automobiles.
