Request to identify break and enter/theft suspect

On January 23, 2015 the Chestermere RCMP were dispatched to a break and enter at a residence located in the beaches area off of West Chestermere Drive. The residents were home at the time and came outside to find a male stealing items from their garage. The homeowner chased the suspect off. The one suspect fled in a blue Ford F150 truck and a second suspect was observed leaving in a grey GMC Sierra truck. The license plate attached to the GMC Sierra truck was noted by the resident and provided to the police. It was determined the licence plate was stolen from another vehicle in Calgary.

Shortly after the Chestermere RCMP arrived at the break and enter residence a blue Ford F150 truck was reported stolen from the West Creek area. It is believed the stolen blue Ford F150 truck was the same truck observed by the homeowner at the break and enter.

The two suspects from the break and enter were described as black males with a lighter skin tones. A third caucasian male with a french accent has been linked to the suspects from the break and enter during another theft investigation in Chestermere.

On February 3, 2015 the Okotoks RCMP contacted the Chestermere RCMP to advise they obtained surveillance video of a suspect at a gas station. This suspect, noted in the attached photograph, was driving the grey GMC truck with the previously reported stolen license plate.

Chestermere RCMP are asking residents to view this photograph and if they have information that would identify this person to contact the Chestermere RCMP.
