Charges of Robbery with a weapon, uttering threats and theft have been laid by Strathmore RCMP following a series of events occurring on December 08, 2017 in Strathmore, Alberta. A man was confronted in the parking lot at Ranch Market in Strathmore, Alberta by a male brandishing a vehicle anti theft bar. He advised the truck owner to leave threatening him if he did not. The accused then rummaged through the truck stealing house keys, a credit card and change. He then fled from the area in another truck. He was located by the GLEICHEN RCMP shortly after in a truck which was determined to have been stolen out of Calgary earlier that morning. Further charges of Possession of Property obtained by Crime and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order were laid by the GLEICHEN RCMP. Tyler LINDSAY (36) of no fixed address is scheduled to appear in court in Calgary on December 12, 2017
