The Alberta RCMP is actively seeking public assistance in locating 20-year-old Soleil Eden Wenas, who is wanted in connection with several criminal offenses. Wenas is known to frequent various communities, including Langdon, Calgary, Edmonton, Foothills County, Rocky View County, Carstairs, Mountain View County, Seebe, Exshaw, Kananaskis, and Water Valley.
According to RCMP reports, Wenas was last seen in Calgary. Authorities caution that warrants should not be acted upon without first confirming their validity with the originating agency. The RCMP’s “Wanted Wednesday” initiative utilizes a data-driven system based on the Crime Severity Index to identify individuals causing significant harm within Alberta communities.
Wenas has been previously charged in connection with a series of break-ins at golf courses and other businesses across southern Alberta. In February 2024, she faced multiple charges, including break and enter to steal a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and use of a firearm while committing an offense. These charges were linked to incidents at several locations, such as the Silver Willow Sporting Club in Mountain View County and the Cottonwood Golf & Country Club in Foothills County.
Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings of Wenas to their local police department. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. The RCMP emphasizes the importance of public cooperation in ensuring community safety and apprehending individuals involved in criminal activities.
