Words cannot express the deep sorrow and sadness that the family of Ruth Ellen Page have with announcing her passing on Thursday, April 1, 2010 with her family by her side. Ruth was a devoted and much loved wife, mother and grandmother & Friend. She will be forever cherished by her best friend, and husband of forty-five years Harvey Page. She will be deeply missed by her two daughters, Liane Adams (son-in-law Keith) and Kelly Page. Ruth had a special love, compassion, care, and devotion for her two granddaughters Hailey and Kaitlin Adams. We will all miss you, we love you, rest in peace sweet angel. Ruth was predeceased by her father, (Raymond Pratt), and two brothers, (Ted and Rolland Pratt). Ruth is survived by her mother, Thelma Pratt, four sisters, Gwen (Henry) Moskalyk, Mary (Ron) Walker, Jeanne (Richard) Rafferty, Vivian (Pete) Woolsey, and two brothers, Jack (Joyce) Pratt, Bill (Cecile) Pratt. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Thanks are extended to the many wonderful staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre and Foothills Hospital who cared for her and advised her throughout her courageous battle for life. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Mark and Cindy Moskalyk for their time and support during the last days of Ruth’s life journey.
